Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Clinical Fellow in Urology to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our urology service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting junior staff, and contributing to the development of our urology department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide elective urology inpatient care and participate in the daytime on-call rota at the James Paget University Hospital.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the urology ward, assisting in theatre sessions, outpatient clinics, and arranging admissions and discharges under consultant supervision.
  • Undertake routine and emergency care of urology patients under consultant supervision, including providing 1st on-call cover for urological emergencies.
  • Participate in the development of our urology department, including contributing to quality improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of new policies and procedures.
