Company Overview
Hitachi Energy's Power2 Sales Trainee Programme aims to develop recent graduates with a passion for sustainability, sales, and marketing. The programme enables participants to make a meaningful impact in the world of sustainability through marketing and sales.

The local sales unit will be your learning ground, where you'll engage with the Local Sales Manager, supervisors, and mentors to develop your sales skills and knowledge of sales management processes.

In this role, you'll contribute to account planning development, understand local account strategy and sales tactics for alignment with customer requirements, and work closely with the local/strategic account manager to maintain contacts and build the player map in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research local sales leads, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and understand regional/local market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the local unit.
• Gain a broad understanding of Hitachi Energy's solutions portfolio.
• Work towards sales key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned by Local Sales Manager.
• Document sales activities, such as sales and order details.
• Associate in activities to provide visibility to broad solutions applied across different segments.
• Work on assigned projects/KPIs, partner with key stakeholders, and deliver on required tasks.
• Understand the local marketing plan and actively participate in supporting the local team.

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to support your growth and career aspirations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Sustainability, Energy, or similar.
• Passion for sales and networking with internal and external customers.
• Strives to achieve and works to high-quality standards.
• Analyses information to generate new solutions and ideas.
