We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing person-centered support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user activities, including progress notes and incident reports.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
