Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Help residents remain active and independent by promoting physical activities and exploring new interests.
- Identify unique goals and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., social care, healthcare)
- Experience working in a care setting (preferably with older adults)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
