Staff Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our Trust's Staff Bank as a Staff Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to patients, ensuring their physical and mental health needs are met.
- Hold delegated responsibility for managing the ward on a shift basis, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
- Contribute to the supervision and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and care plans, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Registered Mental Health nursing certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
- Experience of working in a mental health setting, either paid employment or placement.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, assessing and prioritizing patient needs.
