Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients, ensuring their physical and mental health needs are met.
  • Hold delegated responsibility for managing the ward on a shift basis, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
  • Contribute to the supervision and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nursing certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, either paid employment or placement.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
