Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the college. This includes:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team, including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with other departments, including Facilities, Maintenance, and Administration, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
