Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage risk by being commercially astute and effectively creating a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment.
  • Provide a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
  • Be a point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store.
  • Assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Commitment to working as part of the store team.
  • Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.
  • A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
