Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, while minimizing stock loss and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage risk by being commercially astute and vigilant in identifying potential risks to the store

• Create a culture of stock loss prevention and minimize losses through effective training and data analysis

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

• Assist the store management in maintaining a safe and secure working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
