We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at The Mead in Basingstoke. As a key member of our residential youth care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care.

Our Model of Care - Pillars of Parenting - focuses on each child's individual strengths to support them to develop and achieve positive outcomes. As a Children's Support Worker, you will work directly with children and young people, building warm, positive, and strong relationships with them. You will be a positive role model, supporting children's goals and development.

You will work a shift pattern, which includes weekends and sleep-in duties. Flexible working requests can be considered. Additional enhancements are paid for evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (terms and conditions apply).
