About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker at Aspris Children's Services, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support to our young people and helping with day-to-day activities. This includes assisting with personal care, education, and leisure activities, as well as providing a safe and nurturing environment.

Our Residential Support Workers are passionate about helping young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will work as part of a team to create a supportive and inclusive environment, where our young people can thrive and reach their full potential.

With a focus on providing high-quality care and support, you will work closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met.
