**Job Title:** Commercial Account Handler

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at PIB Insurance Brokers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the UK insurance market, and a keen eye for detail.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • To manage policy events, resolving queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends, advising clients accordingly.
  • To work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
