Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Community Development Assistant to join our team in Leeds. As a key worker, you will work closely with participants to support them in achieving their career goals and improving their overall wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive initial assessments, developing individual action plans, and providing ongoing support to participants. You will also collaborate with local organizations to enhance health and wellbeing initiatives and synergize with employers to create workplace-based opportunities for beneficiaries with health conditions.

A competitive salary of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum is offered, based on your experience and qualifications. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within mental health, employment support, careers advice, or homelessness, and hold an Enhanced DBS Check.
