We are seeking a skilled Community Development Specialist to join our team at Emeria UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high profile around the development and ensuring our residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily checks to ensure the building's safety and security
  • Manage contractors to keep communal areas clean and well-maintained
  • Assist with sales and make new residents feel welcome
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide advice and day-to-day support
Requirements
  • Natural communicator with issue-resolution skills
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications and learn new systems
