- Previous experience supervising a team in a care or support setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Recent experience working with vulnerable adults, with a focus on personalized care and support
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
- Strong organizational skills, with functional literacy and numeracy
- Understanding of relevant legislation and best practice in care and support
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.67
