Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver effective procurement transformation programmes that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
  2. Lead Transformation Programmes through an effective and robust programme and project management culture.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change.
  4. Ensure excellent governance arrangements across all transformation programmes and projects.
  5. Provide change management leadership and support to deliver the change vision.

Requirements:

  1. Expert knowledge of transformation and change management strategies and methodologies.
  2. Experience in delivering end-to-end procurement transformation programmes within the health and transport sectors.
  3. Expert knowledge and understanding of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies.
  4. Proficient in the public sector Green Book business case methodology.
  5. Experience of working at a senior level in a complex environment.
