Your Impact

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Wealthify's future by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer communication strategies, enhance product development, and drive overall business performance.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-channel communication strategy, ensuring targeted messaging reaches the right customers at the optimal time to maximize conversions and foster customer loyalty.
  • Design and implement timely triggers based on customer behavior indicators to personalize interactions and deliver relevant content.
  • Utilize advanced data science modeling techniques to predict conversion likelihood and identify key drivers of customer engagement.
  • Generate actionable insights to refine customer segmentation strategies and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of customer communications, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead test-and-learn programs to evaluate new communication channels and tactics, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in Decisioning Science, ideally within the financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing successful omni-channel customer contact programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in data science modeling techniques, SQL, Python, and various communication platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.
