Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced IT support environment? We are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to join our team, providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to our clients, as well as managing key accounts and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and incidents
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably 2nd Line Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary: £25k-£29k + benefits

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
