International Sales Administrator

Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Administrator to join our team in Doncaster.

The Role:

As an International Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales divisions. You will manage quotations and orders with accuracy, liaise with various teams, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure orders are checked for product accuracy and pricing.
  • Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our product range and sales processes.
  • Interpret instructions from Sales Executives and identify any arising issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle additional order-related duties in collaboration with logistics and technical departments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish or German is a must.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft platforms.
  • Previous experience in a sales office or sales administration role is advantageous but not essential.
