International Sales Coordinator

Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Administrator to join our team in Doncaster.
The Role:
As an International Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales divisions. You will manage quotations and orders with accuracy, liaise with various teams, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to agreed SLAs.
- Ensure orders are checked for product accuracy and pricing.
- Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our product range and sales processes.
- Interpret instructions from Sales Executives and identify any arising issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Handle additional order-related duties in collaboration with logistics and technical departments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish or German is a must.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft platforms.
- Previous experience in a sales office or sales administration role is advantageous but not essential.
