About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Sales Administrator to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our external sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, including quote preparation, customer communication, and data entry.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and other business intelligence reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including answering product-related questions and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales administration or export administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
