Job Title: International Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Administrator to join our team at Whitehead Recruitment Ltd. As an International Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales divisions and ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Verify orders for product and price accuracy, and liaise with customer services and sales teams as needed.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, sales process, and logistics platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and technical departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong data entry skills, with experience in processing orders and managing customer information.
