Job Title: Senior Employment Lawyer - Head of Complaints Handling Unit

Job Summary:

Kinsella Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our Legal & Business Affairs team as Head of Complaints Handling Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading entertainment business, handling complaints and ensuring the highest governance and ethical standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and triage concerns raised by the business, employees, or external parties
  • Support HR in internal investigations or manage these directly, with external support if necessary
  • Conduct reviews and investigations, including instructing and managing external experts if required
  • Report to the Management Board as necessary
  • Liaise with external complainants and others to ensure concerns are handled efficiently and appropriately
  • Provide recommendations for effective concern resolution, minimizing reputational, commercial, and legal risk for the organization

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional lawyer with a sound understanding and track record of advising in employment law and litigation within a respected commercial environment or at a first-class law firm
