Learning Disability Support Leader

Social Care and Education Jobs is a leading provider of specialist care and education for children and young people. We are seeking an experienced SEN Education Referrals Coordinator to join our team as a Learning Disability Support Leader.

This part-time role involves overseeing student transitions, maintaining inspection readiness, and conducting appraisals and supervisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing Care/Support Plans and conducting Risk Assessments.
The salary for this position is £22,500 - £24,000 per annum, actual salary, plus benefits including a pension scheme, healthcare plan, and life assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of student transitions and effective planning.
- Maintenance of inspection readiness.
- Ensuring compliance with required staff training.
- Conducting appraisals and supervisions.
- Updating Risk Assessments and Care Plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Background in SEN Education (preferred).
- Experience in producing Care/Support Plans and conducting Risk Assessments.
