Senior CRM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Lead to join our team at dunnhumby. As a key member of our Retail Media and CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic CRM and media initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM and media strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM and media initiatives, including data analysis and reporting
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM and media, with a focus on retail and customer engagement
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM and media strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
