Southern Housing's Complaints Resolution Team is seeking a Complaints Resolution Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Complaints Resolution Manager, you will provide administrative and organisational support, undertaking a range of tasks from moderate to complex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Complaints Resolution Team
  • Undertake organisational tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with the effective and efficient resolution of complaints
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
