About the Role:

A Pastry Chef de Partie Specialist is responsible for leading the pastry section of a busy hotel kitchen. This key role requires a creative and organized individual with strong supervisory skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef with high-volume food production experience
  • A proven track record of creative menu development and presentation
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan production to meet daily requirements
  • Develop seasonal menu offerings
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
