Job Opportunity

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive - Innovative Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Role:

This is a new business role where you will be required to perform prospect outreach and create your own pipeline of new business opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for new inquiries and follow up on inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Perform prospect outreach and create your own pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries and follow up on inbound leads
  • Deliver on sales numbers and set an excellent example for junior team members

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience within Business Development, Sales, or Sales Operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and confidence
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
