Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students, promoting interactive learning and academic growth.
  • Create and distribute educational materials, including notes, summaries, and assignments, to ensure students stay on track.
  • Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and grades to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy classroom environment, conducive to focused learning and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to education.
  • Plan and execute engaging in-class and outdoor activities, events, and projects that promote academic and personal growth.
  • Monitor and report any concerns regarding student behavior, well-being, or safety, upholding our commitment to a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending seminars, conferences, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a teacher, with a strong track record of academic achievement and student success.
  • Thorough knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational guidelines, with a commitment to upholding our school's policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong moral values and discipline, with a focus on upholding our school's values and expectations.
  • Knowledge of CPR and first aid, with a commitment to ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • A degree in teaching or a specialized subject, with a certificate in education, and a proven ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
