Education and Training Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to co-lead the Dementia Education Team with the current Dementia Education Lead. The successful candidate will have confidence, relevant management experience, and clinical/teaching skills to deliver high-quality training to a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and evaluate bespoke training programs from curriculum design to delivery.
- Co-manage the Dementia Education Team with a focus on challenging stigma, improving care & support for people living with dementia and their carers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the legal aspects of mental health care.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a range of dementia training from awareness to leadership on behalf of the jointly funded Gloucestershire Dementia Training and Education Strategy.
