* Ensure service level targets and KPIs are achieved by maximising fleet utilisation

* Escalate service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protect the company image and brand
* Knowledge of warehousing operations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in traffic, warehousing or logistics operations
* Good local geographical knowledge
