Key Responsibilities

The Resident Liaison Officer - Programme Delivery will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a range of property management services to residents, including community investment and resident involvement work
  • Leading on community investment and resident involvement work with partnering contractors
  • Identifying residents' needs and special requirements
  • Working closely with contractor's RLOs to establish a consistent service delivery

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme delivery and community engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.

This is a full-time contract position based in Woking, Surrey, with an estimated salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
