Events and Marketing Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join CV-Library as an Events and Marketing Coordinator, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional events and marketing campaigns.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team, bringing expertise in event management and marketing to drive business growth and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, products, and services, targeting specific audiences and markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including press releases, news articles, and social media posts.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and vendors to secure the best possible deals and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate event outcomes, providing detailed reports to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Update and maintain the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients and partners.
  • Research and gather case studies to showcase the impact and effectiveness of events and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, securing coverage and promoting the company's achievements.
  • Leverage partnerships to extend reach and build a stronger reputation, driving business growth and development.
  • Maintain a marketing database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations to protect sensitive information.
  • Evaluate marketing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and obtain necessary approvals before publication.
  • Capture event moments through photography and write engaging news copy to tell the story of achievements.
  • Manage image release permissions in line with data protection regulations to maintain confidentiality.
  • Create evaluation and statistical reports to measure success and suggest improvements to future events.
  • Analyse data related to relevant sectors and competitors to provide recommendations for growth and development.
  • Prepare event materials, including signage and collateral coordination to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Manage operational records and databases to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Handle budget administration, including purchase orders and tracking expenses to maintain financial control.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure service, quality, and price benchmarks are met to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Undertake training and tasks as required by the role to continue professional development.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the line manager at any location or event to meet changing needs.
