We are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. Our Asset Management Team is seeking an Environmental Performance Specialist to join their team in Chester, UK.

This role will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering our environmental plans to reduce energy and carbon across our housing stock. As an Environmental Performance Specialist, you will work closely with the Asset Management team to set and meet our sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities include analyzing property performance data, identifying and recommending grant funding opportunities, and supporting the creation and execution of planned and environmental investment programmes. You will also assist with tracking project progress, monitoring budgets, and updating senior management on alignment with our strategic sustainability goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to making a positive impact on the environment while working with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for sustainability.

The salary for this position is £37,480 per annum, providing a competitive remuneration package that reflects your skills and experience.
