About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our environmental plans to reduce energy and carbon across our housing stock.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Asset Management team to set and meet our sustainability goals, reduce our carbon footprint, and support initiatives that align with our customer commitment to providing safe and quality homes.

You will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills to analyse property performance data, identify and recommend grant funding opportunities, and support the creation and execution of our planned and environmental investment programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing property performance data to inform sustainability strategies
  • Identifying and recommending grant funding opportunities
  • Supporting the creation and execution of environmental investment programmes

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to make a real impact on our organisation's sustainability goals.

Salary: £37,480 per annum
