Project Leader - Systems Engineering Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading all activities within your portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality objectives
- Develop and implement project management processes to ensure effective project delivery
- Manage external suppliers and ensure that they meet the required standards
- Provide regular progress reporting and escalate issues that need to be resolved
- Contribute to the development of the yearly Operating Plan and monthly financial outlook
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in projects/programme management
- Experience of managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage suppliers and ensure that they meet the required standards
- Good technical knowledge to enable an understanding of technical issues and challenges
- Strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
