About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading all activities within your portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality objectives
- Develop and implement project management processes to ensure effective project delivery
- Manage external suppliers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Provide regular progress reporting and escalate issues as necessary
- Contribute to the development of the yearly Operating Plan and monthly financial outlook
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in project management
- Proven experience of managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of budget control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a transnational environment and influence multi-functional teams
