Reporting to: HR Manager
Location: Nottingham site
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our leadership teams on employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and other HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, coaching and guiding managers, and working closely with the HR Manager to ensure fair and effective resolution in line with Company Policy.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and staff development, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- HR Processes: Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR practices and processes, ensuring the overall effectiveness and innovation of the HR function.
Requirements:
- HR Experience: Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
