About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enhanced Access Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Clinical Leadership & Development Manager to coordinate and support the Enhanced Access service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Enhanced Access service, ensuring that rotas are created, shifts are staffed, and appointments are utilized effectively.
- Be the first point of contact for member practices and clinical staff for any queries related to the service.
- Support the Clinical Leadership and Development Manager in producing information on appointment usage and service delivery to inform service development.
- Liaise with member practices and third parties to develop a service provision that supports member practices with access and capacity.
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities, including rotas, clinician allocation, and dealing with questions and queries from practices, clinicians, and patients.
About Us
Nuneaton & Bedworth Primary Care Network is a large Primary Care Network incorporating 16 GP practices across the locality. We have a diverse workforce of over 50 staff, including Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Mental Health Practitioners, Physician Associates, Care Coordinators, and Nurse Associates.
Person Specification
- Experience of working in Primary Care, preferably in a GP practice.
- Working knowledge of EMIS and Microsoft applications.
- Holder of a driving license and access to a car.
- GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
