Job Title: Installation and Field Service Engineer

Xstrahl Limited is a leading designer and manufacturer of Superficial Orthovoltage Medical X-ray Systems used in the treatment of cancers and dermatological disorders. We are seeking a skilled Installation and Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Xstrahl therapy and research cabinet systems based in the United States, with occasional travel worldwide.
  • Carry out installations, including handover and acceptance testing.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in electro-mechanical systems.
  • Complete customer tickets and maintenance records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with production and in-house work as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
  • Ensure installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain uptime of in-service equipment.
  • Communicate customer feedback and contribute to the company's CAPA process.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical communication skills to explain complex issues to physicists, scientists, and medical specialists.
  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Good level of IT skills, including proprietary software, Windows OS, and Office applications.
  • Proven experience in a service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Field service experience.
  • Electrical and electronic diagnostic skills.
  • Mechanical assembly experience.
  • Experience with software installation.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
