French Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Swindon. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and order requests via phone and email, accurately inputting and processing orders in line with agreed SLAs.
You will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled, and support with ad hoc projects as required. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and be a part of their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and processing orders accurately
- Producing and dispatching customer invoices
- Being the first point of contact via phone and email for customers
- Liaising directly with the French and UK Sales Team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
- Supporting with ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly on your feet
- A full driving licence (beneficial)
