Our client, a Swindon-based business, is seeking a French-speaking Sales Administrator to join their team. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for servicing B2B customers and performing various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately inputting and processing orders.
  • Producing and dispatching customer invoices.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Liaising with the French and UK Sales Team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as required.
