Job Title: Auto Mail Operator - Night Shift
We are seeking a skilled Auto Mail Operator to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various auto fulfilment and sortation machines, such as Bluecrest, in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate auto fulfilment and sortation machines to meet quality and output targets.
- Obtain and return stock as required.
- Adhere to defined standards and processes.
- Ensure issues are escalated in a timely and accurate manner to the line manager.
- Take ownership to ensure all relevant clients SLAs are understood.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or print industry environment.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused individual.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Basic PC skills to complete various MI tasks.
