Job Title: Auto Mail Operator - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled Auto Mail Operator to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various auto fulfilment and sortation machines, such as Bluecrest, in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate auto fulfilment and sortation machines to meet quality and output targets.
  • Obtain and return stock as required.
  • Adhere to defined standards and processes.
  • Ensure issues are escalated in a timely and accurate manner to the line manager.
  • Take ownership to ensure all relevant clients SLAs are understood.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or print industry environment.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused individual.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Basic PC skills to complete various MI tasks.
