Works Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Works Coordinator to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. As a Works Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering team by assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling of works, and service-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Raise work orders for customer callouts, PPMs, and associated tasks
- Schedule engineering calls, PPMs, and quoted works, assigning engineering resources to tasks and ensuring SLAs are met
- Apply for permits and hire equipment as needed to complete tasks
- Monitor and update customer portals with updates on job status
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Good IT skills, including use of Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Regular overtime
