The Work Experience Lead is a vital position at Heath Farm College, responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating work experience for students aged 16-19 with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Find safe and suitable work placements to meet individual student career aspirations
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with work placement providers
- Support students to access and maintain their placements
- Liaise with families and other professionals to ensure student needs are fully met
- Collect progression evidence and update college records as students progress into employment, education, or volunteering
