We are seeking an Operative to join our team, working 4 days on and 4 days off, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday. The hours of work are 07:00 - 19:15 and 19:00 - 07:15.
No prior experience in waste management is required, as we provide comprehensive training. Immediate starts are available.
The role involves:
Operating and monitoring machinery, including Forklifts, to a safe and satisfactory standard. Identifying and reporting any problems or obstacles to the immediate supervisor. Striving to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines.
Supporting colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement.
