Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case portfolios from inception to completion, ensuring timely and compliant progression.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with statutory requirements, collaborating with Case Managers as needed.
• Correspond with directors, creditors, and debtors, maintaining effective communication channels.
• Attend site visits and associated matters, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
• Liaise with solicitors and agents, fostering strong relationships for efficient case management.
• Assist in strategy development to maximise recoveries, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes.
• Undertake investigations into directors' conduct and company affairs, including financial analysis to inform decision-making.
• Distribute funds to creditors and shareholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage case diaries and tasks, driving case progression and improving efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure timely and compliant case progression, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, nurturing growth and development within the team.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
