About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Landlord Liaison Officer to join our team at Salford Property Link. As a key member of our housing development team, you will play a pivotal role in securing landlord contracts and expanding our network of properties to offer to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landlord Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate agents to secure new properties and contracts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Successfully negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords to ensure favourable terms for our clients and the local authority.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential properties and trends in the housing market, informing our business development strategy.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote our company and expand our landlord network.
  • Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and property owners, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Support: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth partnership process.
