Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for tenants.
  • Collect and process tenancy agreements and approval forms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Visit tenants in their homes to provide updates on refurbishment work and address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with neighbourhood housing associations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Visit empty houses being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates and provide information on the refurbishment process.
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep tenants informed about upcoming works and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in face-to-face customer service, preferably in the housing or construction sectors. A full driving license and current CSCS card are also essential requirements for this role.
