Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team in Harrogate. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and insightful financial reports on a monthly basis for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts within the reporting deadline.
  • Assist with reviewing the Properties monthly Finance reports.
  • Preparation & review of month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Accruals and Prepayments.
  • Perform Investor Calculation each quarter.
  • Production of client financial reforecasting.
  • To ensure compliance with the clients Controlled Self-Assessment.
  • To assist with the Client's Annual Statutory Audits.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with AAT qualifications or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, and 2-3 years of experience in management accounting. Proficiency in Navision software is an added advantage.

Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities. They must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain objectivity in high-pressure situations.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, which includes a generous holiday package, access to exclusive retail discounts, and other benefits.
