This SEN Learning Mentor role plays a vital part in our mission to deliver high-quality support to learners with Special Educational Needs.

You will work closely with driving instructors, parents/carers, and other professionals to create personalised learning plans that cater to individual needs and learning styles.

Key Requirements:
  • A strong background in supporting learners with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with learners quickly.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Be DBS checked.
